Vintage Fender Deluxe Lap Steel made in 1947. This Lap Steel was number 952 meaning it was the 952 Lap Steel made by Fender, Talk about a true relic right here! Simple wood grain natural finish for these steels when they first started out as the years progressed they become more extravagant. Metal show tarnish and slight corrosion from over the years but goes along well with the character of this instrument. Typical play wear around the body and back. A few tuners shafts but they do all rotate. Original Hardshell case is included in the sale.
