Galactic Guitars currently operates three small-format shops inside antique malls across the Carolinas — and we’re just getting started. Check our website or social media for the latest addresses, hours, and upcoming expansions.

Q: Can I try guitars in-store before buying?

Yes — absolutely. We believe every player should feel the guitar in their hands and hear it with their own ears before making a purchase. That’s why we’re all about bringing the in-person experience back to local musicians.

Q: What kinds of guitars do you sell?

Our focus is on used and vintage guitars — each one chosen for tone, character, and playability. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned collector, you'll find something with soul on our racks. Our inventory rotates regularly, so there's always something new to discover.

Q: Do you carry accessories and gear?

We do! Each of our locations offers a growing selection of strings, straps, picks, cables, tuners, capos, and other essentials. We’re constantly expanding our offerings based on what players are asking for.

Q: Do you buy or trade guitars?

Not just yet — but we’re working on it! Guitar buying and trade-in options are coming soon, so stay tuned if you’ve got something cool to offer.

Q: Are your guitars set up or inspected?

Yes — every guitar is inspected, cleaned, and made playable before it hits the floor. While setups can be personal, we make sure each instrument sounds and feels great in-hand.

Q: How often do you get new inventory?

We’re adding new gear every week, and sometimes even daily. Because our stock is mostly one-of-a-kind and vintage, every visit could bring something totally different than the last.

Q: Do you offer shipping or online sales?

Yes! We now offer online shopping and shipping through our website. Just keep in mind, not everything in our physical locations is listed online (yet) — but we’re working on it! Our web store is growing fast, so check back often.
