This guitar is in all original condition but does show plenty of character play wear from over the years as noted in the pictures. Pick guard shows some slight warping from age along with a small crack at the corner of the pick guard. The heel of the neck on the treble side shows a finish chip but the neck joint is solid at the heel with nothing to indicate anymore going on here. Top of the headstock shows lots of play wear along with what appears to be a truss rod crack at the top. At first this looked like a long scratch but from looking at it farther I believe this is a crack that happened at some point which I have seen before with vintage Gibson guitars. This crack doesn’t go through side to side but is simply about an inch long as noted in the pictures above. Nut width is 1 6\/8 with the frets looking to be original showing little wear. Tuner buttons do show their age having shrunken down with the one have even fell off. I started to replace the button but decide I would leave this up to the buyer to proceed.
